1. Overview

At BUFF BUSY BABE LLC d/b/a ZING POP CO, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, return a product, and receive a refund.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@zingpopco.co with your order number. Once an order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return upon receipt.

3. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are included
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

4. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at support@zingpopco.co to initiate your return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  3. Ship the return to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Include your RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Personalized or custom-made items

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
