All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We offer the following shipping options:
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders. The carrier for your shipment is selected automatically based on your address, order size, and selected shipping method. All orders ship from our fulfillment partner at Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view tracking information by signing into your account and visiting the Orders section.
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. Delivery times for international orders are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.
We can only change shipping addresses for orders that have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
