1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included. Returns received after 30 days may be subject to store credit at our discretion.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@zingpopco.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship the return to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If your return does not meet our conditions, we will contact you to discuss options. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will issue a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

8. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, you may return it within 30 days for store credit. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method unless otherwise arranged.
